The location offered quiet surroundings with excellent proximity to the center and tourist routes. A wonderful balcony overlooked a beautiful yard featuring a playground and BBQ facilities. Parking was private, safe, and free behind the house. Nearby amenities included a grocery shop opposite the road and close public transport connections.
