We stayed a couple of nights and found the staff friendly and helpful. The location worked fine with big supermarkets about 5 minutes away and Krupówki 15 minutes on foot, plus hiking trails nearby. Breakfast was nice but came in plastic containers delivered to the room instead of a separate dining area, which was a bit surprising.
