We had an amazing time in Zakopane with a modern, clean hotel that shows real care in its design using wood, stone, and metal. The breakfast was generous and unique, with coffee that even met our Australian standards. The spa surprised us with two saunas, cold showers, snow access, and a vitality pool that felt epic, while dinner stood out with beautiful, thoughtful food that went beyond the menu and felt well worth it. The staff was wonderful, and we really appreciated how they focus on supporting local brands and producers throughout the hotel.
