Very clean and cozy room with a balcony had a magnificent view of snow, and the bathroom was modern with necessary hygiene products and a hairdryer, the kitchen was clean, well-equipped for cooking or making tea and coffee, and included plenty of toilet paper. The bed was comfortable, the room stayed warm even at +3°C outside at night, and the host was kind, friendly, helpful yet unobtrusive. The location was calm without town noise but near bus/train stations and about 1.5 km from central pedestrian areas like Gubalovka funicular.
