We stayed in an apartment close to the center of Zakopane, just a 10-minute walk to Krupowki and surrounded by shops. It was clean, had all the basics, two balconies, and the kitchen balcony gave us an amazing view of the Tatra Mountains. The area felt safe, and the staircase was locked.
