The house featured five bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing ample private space for larger groups. The kitchen was well equipped, including a coffee machine, dishwasher with capsules, and washing machine with detergents. A large dining table accommodated many guests comfortably. The location was quiet yet within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. Parking for three cars was available on site.
