Wygodne łóżka i miejsce parkingowe w garażu były dużym plusem, a apartament miał zmywarkę, suszarkę i czajnik elektryczny oraz był dobrze wyposażony z podstawową zastawą kuchenną. Lokalizacja była świetna, blisko Krupówek, dworca PKP oraz sklepów takich jak Żabka i Biedronka, a do centrum było około 10-15 minut spacerem.
